INTERIM ESTATES SURVEYOR NEEDED IN HERTFORDSHIRE LOCAL AUTHORITY

Park Avenue are working closely with a Local Authority in Hertfordshire who require an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6 month contract.

Your work will be on the Commercial portfolio, working alongside two other team members. Your role will be to help them get through the backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals.

In the council, they work on a hybrid basis. You can work remotely, but will be required in the office at least once/twice a week for team meetings, and to complete site inspections.

For this position, you need to be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), and have previous Local Authority experience.
