Our client is an ambitious and growing team of Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors. They employ a flexible working policy, as well as a 4.5 day working week. They specialise mainly in Project Bias Building Surveying, and are looking for a recently Chartered Surveyor to join the tight-knit and friendly team able to pick up work, support more Junior Surveyors and be client facing in helping to expand the Cheltenham branch.

The work is largely public sector, with a focus on the Education sector, with the company looking to expand into further sectors in the future as the team grows. They are looking for an MRICS Qualified Surveyor who will join their team and become an important part in growing the team. Projects are likely to be within a 1 hour 30 minute commute, as the company focuses on looking after its employees to the best they are able.

Benefits include 25 days holiday, with the company closing over Christmas and also currently only working 4.5 days a week on top of this.
