Chartered / Senior Building Surveyor position, Central London, Full-time, Permanent.
Your New Firm!
This is as exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly architecture & surveying firm based in Holborn!
Their clients and projects are mostly based around the West-End and include some incredible commercial real-estate in areas such as Shaftsbury Avenue and Kensington Highs street!
You'll be taking a consultancy facing approach working both as an individual and with the team on the new influx of projects lined up for 2023!
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Holborn with hybrid working options available.
What You'll be Doing
- Conservation work
- Fire insurance valuations
- Feasibility reports
- Building Surveys
- Party Wall Surveys
- Restorations & refurbishments
- Contract administration
- Flexible working from home but at least 3 days in the office.
- Historical sites
- Offices and residential conversions
Requirements
- An MRICS status
- 2+ years experience. (UK experience is essential)
- Previous private side, commercial experience.
What you'll get in return
- £60k and up.
