An exceptional role has come available to become part of a rural professional team based in Hertfordshire. We are thrilled to be working with a leading firm who provide quality advice and service on the full range of professional rural services.
They comprise an enthusiastic team where the individuals within the business matter. This effective team spirit guarantees a high standard to their clients and promotes individual progression within the company. They have an excellent range of innovative and affluent private clients covering the counties of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire. The office is well placed for easy commuting into central London.
As a Senior member of the team you will work with a number of significant estate management clients, getting involved in a range of exciting businesses and planning projects. Undertake the primary day-to-day relationship role with Estate Management clients. Managing landlord and tenant relationships for agricultural, commercial and residential properties. Manage financial matters, provide reporting on budgeting, performance. Manage Estate employees. Provide concise, practical and reasoned advice to Clients at all times. The role offers flexibility to have a good balance of being office and home based. Flexible working is encouraged and the work will be for either retained management or Rural professional work.
This role is perfect for someone who is experienced in the rural sector from within private practice or resident agent background. The ideal candidate will be an MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor with a few years' experience. A member of the CAAV would be desirable but not essential. The candidate will be fun, approachable, a team player with a personable approach to building and maintaining relationships. ambitious individual who thrives on personal growth and leadership.
