Park Avenue are currently working with a Local Authority based in London who are looking for an experienced Development leader.

You will oversee the management of large of a large Development project happening in London. It will include the Development of 6,700 new homes, office space for up to 25,000 jobs, and a high street offering a mix of shops, cafés and restaurants.

  • Leading a team on Real Estate Development or Regeneration projects at a director level
  • Quantity Surveyor background
  • Working with Legal teams (Lawyers ext…)
