Your new role / What you'll need to succeed
As a Capital Project Manager, you will liaise with the Development team taking the plans, designs and feasibility work and progressing this into delivery on-site. This will include working through tender exercises for contractors, working alongside professional team (QS, Architect, Design Manager, Civil Engineers) ensuring projects are completed to a high standard with budget in mind and within keeping of the required design.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience delivering a variety of capital projects, either as a contractor, client side, or for a consultancy. You will ideally, hold a project management qualification such as PRINCE2 / APM and will have HNC / HND in Construction or related discipline.
