Graduate Building Surveyor

For many years, our client has been seen as a leader in APC mentorship programs, providing a terrific platform for graduates looking to progress their careers within construction. More specifically building surveying has seen year-on-year growth, creating greater opportunity and diversity for their staff and the need for more talented professionals.

The building surveying team in London is 30 strong, and part of a wider network made up of over 200 building surveyors across the UK. They are seeking a graduate building surveyor with industry experience, who is looking for more of a commercial diet and an opportunity to work on some of the country’s most exciting and prolific projects.

The Role:

You will work alongside the managing surveyors and other graduates, interacting daily with clients and providing a variety of project and professional duties which include Defect diagnosis, surveys, inspections, assisting with the delivery and management of projects, Party wall awards, Dilapidations, and more.

About You:

You will be a graduate building surveyor, who has successfully completed an RICS accredited degree and has some industry experience. You will be able to display good communication skills, are organised, diligent, and most importantly passionate about your career.

-       Salary up to £37,000 Depending on Experience.
