Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client is offering a platform for a chartered building surveyor, with experience in dealing with commercial clients. Their London office is an impressive flagship for the business and provides the full range of real estate services including financing, planning, construction, and management.

They work with landlords and occupiers, banks, developers, institutions, high net worth and private clients.  The building consultancy team is diverse in its service offering and the building surveying team is small but very high yielding. This team is led by one of the industry's most admired and caring professionals, who displays a great passion for their work and creates excellent morale.

The opportunity will see you working with investors, occupiers, and fund clients providing technical advice on properties that will include industrial, retail, hotels, logistics, and outlets. Geographically you will cover the Southeast and be involved with a range of work including:

• Design - Project managing/contract administration CAT A refurbishment projects
• Appraising and monitoring new developments.
• TDD surveys, PPMs, Building Pathology.
• Supporting business development and maintaining client relationships.

To be successful you must be MRICS and possess strong communication skills. You will be proficient in I.T. Are friendly, personable, and able to work well within a team. In return, you will be provided with the ability to manage your diary day to day, with a balance of office and home working suited to your week.
