They own an impressive list of assets which include, offices, residential, retail, parks and squares, ranging from single units to multi-tenanted and are more often than not listed.
The project and building surveying team is responsible for development and refurbishment projects, reactive repair works and planned cyclical repair projects. They also provide landlord and tenant advice, building defects and fire insurance reinstatement valuations.
Reporting to the Director of Building Surveying and working in conjunction with the residential, commercial asset management, and facilities teams. The successful candidate can expect to encompass the following:
- licenses to alter,
- project management,
- properties in disrepair,
- development monitoring,
- health and safety / CDM.
The opportunity would suit somebody who is MRICS with at least 2 years PQE with landlord and tenant experience. You will be customer-facing, organised, and efficient and have a positive attitude to wanting to develop this role. You will have solid construction knowledge and experience in diagnosing common defects in buildings. Experience in dilapidations, licenses to alter, health & safety / CDM is crucial.
Basic Salary up to £60,000
Pension- 10% non-contributory
