A forward thinking and innovative Building Consultancy based in Manchester covering areas across the North of the UK are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team.
The Senior Building Surveyors role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be working on residential and commercial project work including dilapidations, schedules of condition, project management and party wall advice. Along with providing expert advice to clients such as developers, buyers and occupiers.
There is an exciting opportunity for someone to continue to develop their skill set and progress their career further and move up the ranks. Due to the large scale of work they carry out, you can gain exposure across al service lines.
