Job Details
1st Select has been instructed by a leading consultancy to recruit a building surveyor at surveyor/senior surveyor. This growing and forward-thinking business cover all aspect of Building Surveying. The consultancy works across various properties ranging from Education, Blue Light, Industrial, office & retail.
Some of the duties required.
Preparation of CAD plans/elevations/sections.
Drafting of Standard Contract forms.
Project Management.
Development and Project Monitoring.
Contract Administration.
For this role, you can be MRICS/MCIOB or working towards either.
