Job Details
An International Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent to come in as a Salaried Partner within their Leeds office.
The Salaried Partner's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor's role will be two-fold, work winning and job running, whilst being a part of an extremely profitable and career focused consultancy.
To have a seat at the Equity Partner's table, you will have to show the ability to bring in work over the first 12 months and then grow that moving forward.
The new Partner will be responsible for managing a small team whilst also building on the company's presence in the region. Providing a range of Quantity Surveying / Employer's Agent duties from project inception to completion, mentor junior staff, and manage client relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned Consultancy, carrying out business development, and helping to build on the success of the region.

- MRICS ideally
- Quantity Surveying background
- Employers Agent / Contract Administrator experience is ideal
- Business development experience
- Confident, articulate, ambitious
