Job Details
A successful, professional multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking to add an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to their growing Sheffield team.
The Senior Building Surveyor role
The Senior Building Surveyor will be working on professional services including building pathology, feasibility studies, inspections, technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, acquisition surveys, planned maintenance, dilapidations, party wall, schedule of condition, design and remedial works.
Alongside this, the Senior Building Surveyor will be supporting multi-million-pound projects, working on them from inception to completion. Projects include refurbishments, new builds, fit-outs, maintenance, repairs, conversions and demolitions.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- A RICS Accredited Building Surveying Degree
- Preferably MRICS (Not essential)
- A consultancy background
- Experience working on professional services
- Eager to develop career
