This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employer's Agent to play an integral role within the expanding Quantity Surveying team of a leading built environment consultancy in Leeds.

You will be given leading client facing roles in projects to help you grow in terms of your senior development, your professional output and your impact towards the business. You will join an existing team based in Leeds and support existing high profile projects, as well as a significant pipeline of future opportunities.

The role involves delivering all aspects of Quantity Surveying consultancy services, from inception to completion. Within the role you will be working on a variety of projects in a wide range of Commercial, Residential and Leisure sectors.

They are looking for an individual who delivers the highest possible quality of consultancy service to clients, and who is keen to develop and enhance client relationships to secure repeat business opportunities.

You will be RICS chartered or equivalent and be able to demonstrate a track record of successful project delivery from inception to completion, and with direct client liaison.

You will also be able to demonstrate strong experience of carrying out the Employers Agent role.
