Project Director - Commercial Developer Schemes

One of our long-standing clients is looking for an experienced Project Director who has a track record of delivering complex commercial office schemes both new build, cut and carve, and extensive refurbishments.

You will be working with an extensive developer client base and it is essential that candidates have both pre-construction/front-end and delivery experience. You will be expected to act as a CA/EA on projects typically under a JCT suite of contracts.

This business has delivered projects up to 1 million sq ft and value up to £200 million plus. They are one of the leading Project Management consultancies in London and have a brilliant senior leadership team.

In terms of experience, candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering developer-led schemes in the commercial sector, have the personal attributes to build long-term relationships and enhance existing relationships with clients, and be comfortable managing and leading projects in excess of £50million.

There is a clear route into the Director tier within this business and candidates are encouraged to be involved in industry events, have a passion for the industry and have an appetite for business development. There will be very good guidance and mentoring from the top tier of Directors in the business.

The role is based out of the London HQ in the City and candidates will be expected to be working full time out of the office. There will be a degree of flexibility once through probation.

On offer is a competitive salary and package depending on experience and capabilities of up to £105,000 basic.
