Senior Project Manager - Commercial New Build & Refurbishment

Located near London Bridge in recently refurbished offices, this client has a great track record in both new build and refurbishment schemes for London's most well-known developers, asset managers and funds. Projects can range from a couple of million to £100 million plus. 

As a pure SME Project Management Consultancy, with circa 25 staff, they have a very good track record and have a large number of repeat clients. Due to project wins and internal promotions, they are looking for an experienced senior project manager to join their team. 

Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate at least 5-7 years of experience working as a Project Manager and can demonstrate recent, relevant experience on commercial office projects. Candidates' work ethic and approach are just as important to them as their years of experience. Ideally you will be MRICS accredited or working towards this accreditation. 

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £70,000 plus company benefits.
