INTERIM STRATEGIC ASSET SURVEYOR NEEDED!

London

Park Avenue are working on behalf of a London Local Authority, who require an Interim Strategic Asset Surveyor on an initial 3-6 month period. There is potential for extension if the Council are unable to hire permanently.

Your work will revolve around delivering the Council's corporate estate review, acting as the Corporate Landlord, and provide strategic direction for the Council's future investment in corporate assets.

The Council currently work on a hybrid basis, where you'll be required in the office 2 days per week, working remotely the remainder of the time.

MRICS is required for this position, and previous Local Authority experience is essential due to the political nature of this work.
