Job Details
An independent Quantity Surveying practice in Central London are seeking an intelligent Associate Quantity Surveyor eager to progress towards Director level.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
Working closely with three Quantity Surveying Partners, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the completion of predominantly private sector projects, providing a detailed Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent / Project Management service.
As part of a close knit team of ten, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will also support the junior Quantity Surveyors in the team.
Projects wise, you will be involved across high end residential, commercial (Cat B and new build) and heritage schemes to begin with.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS, FRICS, or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
- 7+ years UK, Cost Management / Consultancy experience
- Able to produce Bills of Quantities
- Contract administration / Employers Agent experience is beneficial
- Strong pre contract knowledge
- Client facing
- Comfortable working in a smaller practice
