Job Details

A young, vibrant and social building consultancy team, are now looking for a Assistant Building Surveyor to join their Waterloo based office.

The new Assistant Building Surveyor will work on projects valuing up to £35,000,000 covering a wide range of professional and project services, including; contract administration duties, planned maintenance, condition surveys, party wall matters, project management, pre acquisitions and licence for alterations. You'll be servicing clients predominantly across the commercial and residential sectors, also on a number of prestigious grade 1 & 2 listed buildings in London.

The successful Assistant will be joining a fun, motivating and hardworking environment, with a really close-knit and sociable team. You'll have full APC support and training to progression to MRICS accreditation and will have the opportunity to gain experience on all instructions to do so.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Started APC or committed to do so
  • Previous consultancy experience would be desirable
  • Good base Knowledge of BS services
  • Work well with others
  • Ambitious and keen attitude towards work and progression
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Well presented - with strong communication skills
  • Prepared to travel, full UK driving license
