Job Details
A multiskilled Senior Building Surveyor is needed to join a multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy, and one of the most well regarded consultancies in the UK, in their Central London office.
Due to considerable growth plans, a leading Senior Building Surveyor is going to be joining one of 3 surveying teams in the London office, with clients across multiple sectors including; commercial, industrial, retail, mixed-use and luxury residential. As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be coming into the team at a point of growth, with plans to double in the next year, opening up exciting growth pathways to Associate/Director levels.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will help to manage and support APC Surveyors, and actively contribute to new business, clients and recruits. You'll benefit from working within a consultancy that employ's a multitude of skilled professionals, and will collaborate with them on schemes. Across all Surveying teams, the BS service line covers all services both project and professional.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS (Preferable but not essential)
- RICS accredited degree
- 3+ years consultancy based experience
- Experience in covering all core Building Surveying services
- Previous experience on commercial schemes particularly
- History of managing individuals or supporting APC surveyors
- Demonstratable business development skills
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Work's well within a team but can be autonomous
- Clean UK driving license
