Commercial Property Manager - Offices, Hybrid Model

We are pleased to be partnering with one of the UKs leading providers of Commercial Property Management services, recruiting for a Property Manager from either a Management Surveying or Facilities Management background.

This leading property partnership has a strong reputation for both commercial and residential  property management, with a large network of offices across the country and manage more that 60 million square feet of commercial space on behalf of some huge names in the industry.

Together we are looking for a hands on portfolio manager that lives and breathes property to take ownership of a patch across London and South East.

Your role will see you take on portfolio management responsibilities for office and mixed use properties in an all-encompassing role; dealing with management of rents, advising on value enhancement opportunities, dealing with tenants, contractors, maintenance, health and safety, insurance disputes and budgeting amongst other duties. You will be working as part of a growing team and be given the autonomy and flexibility to work remotely where appropriate.

The successful applicant will need to have experience in facilities management across multiple, multi-tenanted sites or property management surveying across a commercial portfolio. Service charge budgeting experience is essential and exposure to office properties is highly desirable.
