About you
We would welcome applications from candidates who are well-organised and ready to work in our commercially focussed team of surveyors.
The ideal candidate should have some property experience since they will be given responsibility for their own casework and will be expected to demonstrate an ability to embrace that challenge.
About the role
In this property management role candidates will deal with lease renewals, rent reviews, new lettings, valuations, acquisitions and disposals as well as general estate management across a wide range of property types. Candidates will also be expected to liaise closely with other services to help them deliver their objectives through property solutions.
About the team
The Commercial Estates team is a commercially focussed unit working across the Council's extensive and varied portfolio providing estate management, valuation and property advice across the organisation.
