About you

We would welcome applications from candidates who are well-organised and ready to lead our commercially focussed team of surveyors.

The ideal candidate will have significant commercial property experience and be able to demonstrate excellent professional and leadership capabilities. A commercial focus combined with an understanding of the public sector ethos will be required.

About the role

In this leadership role candidates will manage a team dealing with lease renewals, rent reviews, new lettings, valuations, acquisitions and disposals as well as general estate management across a wide range of property types. Candidates will also be expected to liaise closely with other services to help them deliver their objectives through property solutions.

About the team

The Commercial Estates team is a commercially focussed team of surveyors providing estate management and valuation advice across the Council's portfolio.
