Job Details
Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by a leading and long-established institution in Bristol who is looking to recruit an in-house Building Surveyor.
The successful candidate will be working within an established Capital Projects team providing maintenance, major alterations and improvement projects to their prestigious estate which includes some of the most iconic buildings in the area.
My client is looking for a candidate with a strong technical knowledge and is a Building Surveyor. You must have previous experience in managing projects working in a building surveying role in a multi-disciplinary background.
Start date: February 2023
Contract length: TBC, however likely to be rolling 3-6 months
