A new opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Building Surveyor to work within a well-established and respected consultancy based in Bristol where you will be fully supported through your APC in gaining MRICS status. Work for an industry leading multidisciplinary consultancy, with large and exciting projects typically in the residential, commercial, and leisure sectors. The role will offer you a variety of experience in a wide range of Building Surveying duties such as Contract Administration, Condition Surveys, Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations, allowing you to become a well-rounded Chartered Building Surveyor.

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Requirements

• RICS Accredited Degree in Building Surveying or similar
• Ideally, some previous Building Surveying experience (not essential)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Keen to develop and complete APC
• Good work ethic

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Remuneration

• Salary: £24k (possible more for candidates at Assistant Level or higher)
