Park Avenue are currently working with a Local Authority based in London who are looking for an experienced Head of Development leader with a background in both residential & commercial development, to oversee the initial 3 phases of a towns development.

This large-scale project plans to bring forward 6,700 new homes across a mix of tenures, 3m sq/f of new employment space, nearly 50 acres of new parklands and a major new train station.

What will you be doing?

  • Drive forward phase development and the drawing down of the town's development plots and phases.
  • Ensure safe decision making is in line with agreed authorities and schemes of delegation
  • Secure successful start of all plots relating to development phases 1, 2 and 3
  • Act as the client to the council's legal, valuation and other professional teams pursuant to the same.
