About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Design and Construction Management Team. We’re recruiting a Quantity Surveyor who will report directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. Alongside this diverse range of projects, you will receive career development and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility through structured and supportive APC training.

About you

Applicants must hold a degree or HND/HNC plus relevant experience in Quantity Surveying and preferably be a member of RICS or a similar professional institution.

Applicants must also be able to prepare contract documents from the JCT suite of construction contracts and contract preliminaries and other contract management documentation using NBS Chorus and Contract Administrator software. Experience of BIM and working within listed buildings and scheduled ancient monuments is also desirable but not essential.
