An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join the Birmingham team due to internal transfers and business growth. They are interested in meeting candidates with experience in any of the above sectors. They have a solid pipeline of work for this year and can tailor the role around a candidate's expertise and preferences.
The Associate Director will oversee QS services from inception to completion on major projects, working closely alongside the client teams. They will monitor a variety of projects at one time and be responsible for managing significant capital expenditure budgets. In addition to this, the AD will manage a team of junior surveyors and work with the management team to develop new business opportunities.
Candidates for this role should have cost consultancy experience and be MRICS qualified. Candidates from a contractor or client-side background will also be considered.
On offer is a package up to £75,000 per annum plus car allowance and benefits including 25 days annual leave, private healthcare cover, enhanced pension and bonus.
