Chartered Building Surveyor

Surrey based professional consulting practice undertake work throughout London and the South East and are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team to focus on the high end residential market. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of projects and a number of building surveying duties, projects will include refurbishments and repairs.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Regular residential building surveys
• Inspections and building defects diagnosis
• Project Management and Contract Administration
• Preparing Schedule of Works
• Specification writing
• Schedules of Dilapidations and Condition
• Party Wall Awards and acting as Party Wall Surveyor

The ideal candidate experience will be around 5 years and you  must be MRICS chartered with a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
