Job Details
A commercially minded Senior Building Surveyor is now needed to join a small Chartered Surveying practice based in Central London.
As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you'll be working with a range of clients from private investors and banks to construction development companies. You'll work purely on commercial properties and will carry out a wide range of services, including; dilapidations, building surveys, project management and monitoring.
You'll be joining a team of 9 other established professionals, with plans for growth in 2023. The successful new Senior Building Surveyor will have opportunity to work their way to the top of the company with clear progression route to Director. You'll be responsible for managing existing clients as well as generating new ones, representing the firm in winning work.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS
- RICS accredited degree
- 3+ years consultancy experience (Preferable)
- Commercial market focused
- Commericially minded with good business development skills
- Strong market knowledge
- Previous experience in supporting APC candidates
- Happy to work autonomously or within a small team
- Good communication both written and verbal
