Assistant Building Surveyor

A small, family feel practice based in North London, are now seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join them, where they will receive full APC support.

This little practice operate of Chartered Project Managers and Building Surveyors, operate on a family-like basis working closely with your colleagues on a variety of work across most sectors, including commercial and residential. Despite their size, they work with huge clients from developers, private property companies, banks and private individuals, delivering schemes at the same size as some of their larger competitors.

As the new Assistant Building Surveyor, you'll be given the opportunity to work on dilapidations, surveys, schedules of conditions and project work. Your APC will be supported and you'll receive all the training you need to pass, whilst having real 1:1 learning.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

• BSc Building Surveying or MSc in Building Surveying
• Previous consultancy experience
• Good understanding of core BS services
• Ambitious attitude and self-motivated
• Happy to work within a family feel environment
• Confident communicator with strong both written and verbal skills
• Keen and fast learning approach
• Clean UK driving license
