Repairs Surveyor/ Supervisor within Social Housing - Housing Association


Primarily responsible for the inspection of and overseeing repair programme for housing properties. You will be required to survey, write up reports and order works/ liaise with external contractors and oversee to ensure property is up to decent homes standard.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Carrying out a variety of surveys on domestic properties to evaluate dis- repair claim/ report on condition of stock and get void properties turn around.
Raising work order and overseeing trades team to ensure repairs are delivered on time, on budget and to the required standard. Effective contract administration . Knowledge of Damp and mold.
Pre and Post work inspection


To have a good knowledge of building construction, ability to prepare reports, CDM regulations


About You
A relevant building/ trade qualification along with local authority/Housing association/ contractor project experience is essential.


This role is inside IR35 and offered on a temp basis.
