Estates Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estates Manager to join an expanding organisation being responsible for a UK wide portfolio. 

The role will ensure the estate runs efficiently and cost effectively undertaking certain lease renewals, rent reviews and re-gears as well as manging external third party consultants. It will build relationships with landlords and work closely with the FM team on property management issues and Project Managers on specific projects where necessary. 

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and will have a proven track record in estates management and lease advisory work. You will need to be a strong negotiator, effective communicator and capable of building relationships across the business. 

The company offers hybrid working reporting into the office once or twice a week where necessary.
