Senior Building Surveyor

A Senior Building Surveyor is required in Liverpool for a growing, national building consultancy.

About the company/role:

• Sectors to include Education, Government and Healthcare
• Assisting clients from inception to completion on a mix of project and professional work
• Joining a growing team of 10
• As a senior you will have a part in assisting junior members of staff with their APC
• Day to day will involve a wide range of building surveying services include defect investigations, technical due diligence and schedules of condition

Person Specification:

• MRICS Chartered
• Organised with good accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience within relevant sectors
• Professional and positive
• Full UK driving licence

In return you will receive a salary of up to £55k, plus car allowance, benefits including private healthcare, life assurance and retail discounts and paid professional subscriptions.
