Interim Estates Surveyor

Are you looking for an Estates Surveyor role in the heart of a beautiful city surrounded by stunning scenery, local restaurants, and a variety of clothing stores to browse through on your lunch break?

This council is offering a hybrid position only requiring you to travel into the office once or twice a week.

They will need you for a 6-month basis, 5 days a week, with a likely extension.  

This council has a lot of work to cover, focused on commercial properties, you will be expected to have experience in rent reviews, leases, and portfolio management, so you will be kept busy throughout your time there.

Did I also mention the easy commute with several train stations, buses and tram services just minutes’ walk away, and for those who like to drive, free car parks surrounding the council.
