You will be responsible for arranging access onto land to allow the management of utility work, dealing with compensation claims, and servitudes.

The work will involve a fantastic combination of office and outside work with fantastic views of the countryside

The candidate

Liaising with different departments and stakeholders the ideal candidate will naturally be a good communicator with an eye for detail.

Experience in utility work is necessary and an understanding of rural issues an advantage.

Further training and support will be given in the areas required.

Company

MorePeople is a specialist recruitment business providing permanent and interim solutions for the Produce & Horticulture, Food, Agriculture and Garden & Leisure sectors across the UK and internationally.

We take a functional approach to recruitment with dedicated teams for Commercial, Technical, Operational, Land Agents & Agribusiness, Agronomy & Growing, HR and Finance roles. We also have a dedicated team for Rural Professionals recruitment which includes Rural Surveyors from Graduate through to director level. Rural Surveying, Estate Management and Utilities are intrinsically linked to the Food and Agri supply chains where, as a business, we spend a lot of our time. We have always chosen markets where we feel we can add maximum value and credibility. All our markets have a pronounced shortage of candidates, but this shortage is the case in extremis in Rural Professionals.
