Senior/ Associate Building Surveyor

Permanent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work with a global consultancy.

Your new company
Global multi-disciplinary consultancy currently looking to grow their building surveying team by appointing a senior or above building surveyor. They specialise in transport, property and industrial sector projects with the surveying team focusing on education and healthcare sector projects. They have an established surveying team which you will be a part of, working out of Manchester or Warrington office.

Your new role
On daily basis you will be working as part of the building surveying team, which is a team of 20 across the North West. The work here is a mix of private and public sector work including offices, schools, universities, hospitals. This is a great role for a surveyor who would like to be more involved in project work. You will be involved in from initial client meeting, delivering specification, tendering and project management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an MRICS building surveyor or have heaps of experience working as a building surveyor with experience working in similar sectors. A senior or above looking to get involved in mentoring graduates as well as still have a hands on role.
