Job Details

A renowned, international Cost Consultancy with a reputation for delivering world class projects across the globe are seeking an ambitious Managing Quantity Surveyor for their Leeds office.

The Managing Quantity Surveyor Role

Joining a close-knit team of quantity surveyors, the new Managing Quantity Surveyor will take on an extremely varied pipeline of projects with the opportunity to work from either the Sheffield or Leeds office as well as from home.

The company have continued to secure new work including Education & Higher Education, Student Accommodation, City Centre Redevelopments, and Healthcare schemes.

The successful Managing Quantity Surveyor will help deliver projects as well as manage a team of junior surveyors - ideally mentoring with the APC if this is an interest.

With a proven track record of internal progression, the new Managing Quantity Surveyor will have unrivalled opportunities long term, progressing to Associate Director and eventually Regional Director.

The Managing Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS ideally or working towards
  • Excellent pre and post contract experience
  • Quantity Surveying background within Consultancy / PQS Firm
  • The desire to manage both projects & teams
