A Local Authority in Nottinghamshire are seeking to appoint an ongoing Project Manager. The role is full time up to 40 hours per week.
Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering a number of refurbishment projects to Sheltered Accommodation. You will work with Fire Specialists to ensure all works are compliant and delivered on time and in budget. Liaising with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure appropriate progress is made on schemes each week. You will be responsible for ensuring Compliance throughout the project.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a relevant qualification in Project Management / Property and have experience working within the public sector (ideally local authority). Having compliance experience is essential and some Fire knowledge would be advantageous.
