Estates Surveyor - interim vacancy - minimum 6 month contract - Nottingham based Local Authority


Your new company
A Large Local Authority in Nottingham are seeking to appoint an interim Estates Surveyor on a 6 month contract initially with a high chance of extension. The role is 37.5 hours per week. MRICS not required.

Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a property portfolio in Nottinghamshire. Predominantly in the retail Social Housing space. The role will include general property management, managing tenancies, rent reviews and lease consultancy.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a self-motivated individual with extensive experience within Property Management. Retail experience would be advantageous. You do not necessarily have to be Chartered for this role, but this would certainly not be a disadvantage. A relevant qualification in property or equivalent experience is essential.

You will be compensated with a fantastic rate of pay - significantly more than the permanent equivalent banding for this position. You will have full autonomy in your role from day one and will operate on a hybrid working arrangement.
