Commercial Property Management Surveyor - Local Authority - Nottingham - 6 month contract starting ASAP
Your new company
A Local Authority based in Nottingham are seeking to appoint a Full Time Property Management Surveyor starting ASAP. The role is an interim role for a minimum of 6 months, with the potential to get extended.
Your new role
You will manage a diverse Property Portfolio including industrial, retail, offices. You will be responsible for all General Property Management, L&T - Rent Reviews Lease renewals, Landlords consent, Lease compliance and Service Charges etc.
What you'll need to succeed
MRICS is essential. You will ideally have extensive experience working within Local Authorities in a similar role.
What you'll get in return
A minimum of a 6 month contract with a fantastic rate of pay. A high chance of the contract being extended.
