Job Details
A multi-disciplinary Private Practice based in Richmond, Surrey are now seeking a client-facing Building Surveyor (3+ years) to join their close-knit and growing team.
The successful Building Surveyor will carry out a broad variety of traditional building surveying services including specification writing, contract administration and schedules of condition and will manage clients, whilst building new ones. You'll service clients across the commercial, and primarily focus on high-end residential refurbishment projects, boasting both celebrity and high net-worth individuals as clients.
You'll benefit from full support on progression, with clear pathways to Directorship, as well as any further training required or wanted. This position would suit a Building Surveyor with experience, who has the desire to beomce MRICS, where you will have tailored trainging and support in your APC development.
The Successful Building Surveyor
- 3+ years industry experience
- Organised, and capable of handling multiple projects and clients
- MRICS or working towards
- A RICS accredited degree
- A client-facing demeanour
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of the residential/high-end residental sector
- Ambiotus and keen attitude
- Good self motivation and time management
- Ability to work autonomously
