SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

My client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful cost consultancy department in Sheffield. You will get fantastic project exposure, working on some of the biggest projects across Yorkshire from the Education, Commercial, Life Sciences and Defence sectors.

Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or working towards chartershipAt least 3-5 years PQS experience with provable technical delivery experienceExperience with cost planning, value engineering, preparing tenders, billing

A starting salary of between £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience25 days annual leave plus public holidaysHealthcarePension of 5% matchedProfessional SubscriptionsHybrid working
