Chartered Building Surveyor

Chartered Building Surveyor required in Birmingham for an international, leading real estate company.

The team have a huge pipeline of work varying in sectors covering all building surveying duties. Current work includes renovations of historic buildings; extensions of industrial units; project monitoring for large clients; retail and industrial parks; insurance and expert witness cases; and dilapidations on retail, industrial and office units.

This is a client facing role and you will be given a portfolio of clients with whom you will be the point of contact for the duration of your working relationship.

You will have the opportunity to progress your skills, as well as progression opportunities, with training offered including drone pilot licences.

They are a friendly, close-knit team of five who enjoy a pub lunch together and the occasional night out and are looking for someone who would fit in with this working style. Hybrid working is also offered with the team currently working 2-3 days in office with the rest of the working week on site or remote.

Person Specification:

• MRICS Chartered
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Friendly and well-presented
• Eager to develop and work within a fun, fast paced company
