Hays are pleased to be working with a Cambridge property investment company who have over 50 years experience in residential, commercial and student lettings. They have an enviable portfolio covering Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas. They now have an exciting opportunity for someone to join them as a Commercial Property Manager!

Your new role
As the new Commercial Property Manager you will manage a portfolio of commercial properties across East Anglia, making sure properties are well maintained, you will help prepare tenancy paperwork and documentation, ensuring this is accurate, you will also carry out lease renewal work and there will be an opportunity to get involved in property development.

You'll be based in the Cambridgeshire office, working closely with the commercial team.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have some property management experience. You will deliver high levels of customer service and enjoy working with a collaborative and friendly team. You will need a UK Drivers Licence.

Experience using LandMark Hexagon would be highly advantageous but not essential.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a salary dependent on experience, 20 days annual leave and contributory pension scheme. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 9.00am and 5.30pm. However, there is flexible working for the right candidate.
