Employers Agent - South East London

A Kent based, multi-disciplinary consultancy within the construction industry is looking to add an Employer’s Agent to the team.  The consultancy works across a range of sectors, and in this role the focus will be on residential led mixed-use, as well as education projects. The value of these projects range between £1m and £20m. You would be joining a strong team with clear pathways to career progression and strong APC support. The right candidate will have a RICS accredited degree and be working towards their APC.

Requirements:

• RICS Accredited Degree
• At least one years’ Quantity Surveyor/Building Surveyor experience within a Construction Consultancy
• Employers Agent Experience
• Party Wall Matters (Ideally)

• Up to £55,000 DOE
