A modern, independent Property & Construction Consultancy in Glasgow is looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a first-class team working across a diverse range of projects from £200k - £300m.

The company have gone from strength to strength and have an impressive pipeline for the next few years including Commercial new build & refurbishments from £150k - £150m, Residential Highrise and waterfront apartments up to 250-units, listed buildings, "one off" high end builds, and hotels.

This could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor eager for the right guidance and support in order to step into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • RICS accredited degree qualification
  • Good pre and post contract knowledge
  • Experience working with a PQS firm / Consultancy
  • Committed to achieving MRICS
