Property Development Monitoring Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of development loans secured on commercial and residential property including: Identifying and solving problems, Interfacing with external advisers and the internal Origination Team & Reporting to the Head of Asset Management

• Liaison with borrowers, contractors and professional teams
• To operate collaboratively in a focused asset management team
• Assess and provide written reports on new lending opportunities by meeting customers, visiting the property and reviewing the professional advice and technical documents

Required Qualities:

• Experience of residential or commercial property development and / or  construction and / or property finance
• MRICS or other relevant qualification
• Team player able to work in a dynamic, friendly environment within a group of property finance Asset Managers
• Commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and organised, able to work on own initiative
• Flexible approach to working to meet the needs of a service-driven, growing business
• Pro-active and assertive personality
