We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an industry leading team of friendly and professional consultants in Central London. The focus of this team is affordable and private/luxury residential developments and we are seeking someone who can bring their expertise and passion for the construction industry to help in delivering a high-quality services for clients.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager

• Overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
• Managing and supervising on-site construction teams and ensuring the work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and codes of practice.
• Coordinating with the design team, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth delivery of the project.
• Monitoring progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Managing budgets, schedules and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements of the Project Manager

• Degree qualified in a relevant construction discipline
• Proven experience in construction project management with a focus on residential developments
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Chartered professional or working towards chartership with the APM, RICS or similar.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
