A UK Top 150 consultants is looking to grow their building consultancy team with the addition of a Building Surveyor. The award-winning multi-discipline practice provides accurate construction advice across the built environment. Residential, commercial, education, healthcare and industrial are sectors the organisation operates in.

An opportunity has arisen in the Bristol office supporting a Senior Building Surveyor on several multimillion pound schemes across the county. You will be offered a healthy diet of work including refurbishments, office fit outs and planned maintenance programmes. Other responsibilities include contract administration, survey schemes and design specification.

The friendly close-knit team is currently delivering prestigious programmes in the commercial, residential, education and industrial sectors. Project values range up to £30 million.

Building Surveyor

• BSC/MSc in Building Surveying
• Ideally started APC
• Proven project experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive 'proactive' mentality
• Full UK driver's licence
